Medical Administrative Assistant
Job Descriptions: Seeking a highly organized administrative assistant! If you excel at onboarding providers, managing patient concerns, coordinating event logistics, and juggling multiple schedules-all while staying up to date on policies and effectively communicating changes to the team-we want you! A strong background in Power Point design is a plus! Pay: $21.00-$24.24 Benefit Highlights: + Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents. + 17 days PTO per year, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked) + Retirement Plan with 6% match Duties: + Coordinate complex calendars, prioritize appointments, and streamline daily operations + Oversee new Provider setup, including system access, training, and equipment + Organize, summarize, and distribute clear meeting notes, ensuring follow-up tasks are well-documented + Plan and execute in-person meetings, managing venues, schedules, attendees, meeting minutes, catering, and technology needs + Resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring excellent service while adhering to policies. Required Experience: Minimum qualifications: + One (1) year experience in health care setting. + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. + Demonstrated ability to compose letters, reports, policies and protocols. + + Demonstrated ability to communicate data or information to others.
