Job Description: We are seeking motivated students to join our team this summer for an exciting summer internship! Ideal candidates will be pursuing a degree in biology, life science, pharmacy, medicine, business, engineering or the like with a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry. This 3-month internship will provide the opportunity to work on impactful projects that directly contribute to our mission of advancing patient care. The role is ideal for someone with strong research and analytical skills, a keen interest in medicine, and a desire to develop innovative solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities: Procedural Optimization: + Design and develop automated or semi-automated tools and frameworks to streamline internal processes + Focus on reducing manual work in key areas such as: + Reporting from grant management systems + Approval procedures + Program data collection + Program coordination/status tracking of supported program + Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track project progress and results Outcomes records management: + Support the initial implementation of sponsorships requests through online management system Collaboration and Reporting: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including field medical, in-house medical, and operations + Present findings and recommendations to leadership **Qualifications** + Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, ideally in a field like biology, life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or business. + Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced skills in tools such as SharePoint. + Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus but not mandatory. + Previous experience leading large complex projects with deliverables spread across different stake holders. + Strong research and data analysis skills. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
