**Job Description**
**Main Responsibilities:**
Assist in conducting literature searches and reviews, including scientific literature, clinical trial reports, and industry analyses. Participate in the preliminary design and planning of medical research projects. Assist in preparing medical reports and presentations etc.
Participate in cross-departmental collaboration, supporting communication and coordination between the medical department and other departments. Attend internal training and seminars to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
**Job Requirements:**
**Educational Background:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in medicine, pharmacy, biological sciences, or related fields.
**Professional Knowledge:** Basic understanding of medical research methods and clinical trial design.
**Data Analysis Skills:** Familiarity with basic statistical analysis tools and software (such as SPSS, R, Excel, etc.).
**Language Skills:** Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to read and understand English medical literature.
**Learning Ability:** Quick learning and adaptation skills, with a strong interest in the field of medicine.
**Time Management:** Good time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. **Attention to Detail:** High attention to detail in work, ensuring quality and accuracy.
**Internship Experience:** Prior internship experience in a related field is a plus.
**Project Management:** Experience in participating in or supporting medical research projects.
**Work Time and Location:**
+ The intern will work at the designated location as arranged by the company, with the possibility of remote work options.
+ Flexible working hours, but a commitment of at least 24 hours per week is required.
