Job Title: Medical Affairs Intern - Rare Disease

As Medical Affairs Intern in our Rare Disease team, you’ll contribute to new medical and business strategies in Singapore.

Main responsibilities:

Lead/support advisory board meeting to gather key insights to shape medical and business strategies

Development of disease/molecule-related materials for educational purposes

Support Annual Rare Disease Day initiatives through collaborations with cross functional teams

Gain knowledge on medical affairs-driven projects across Southeast Asia and India

Learning Outcomes

Direct hands-on experience to execute medical activities

Exposure to medical strategies

Good understanding on Rare Disease therapeutic area and product (s) knowledge

Cultivate teamwork mindset

Problem solving and decision making skills

Cultivate business acumen

Experiences/Competencies Required

Science/Life science/Pharmacy/Business majors

Eager to learn about medical affairs and pharmaceutical industry

Motivated individual with strong communication and execution skills

Well versed in Microsoft Office eg Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Fluent in English both written and speaking

Bonus: exposure to pharmaceutical/biotech/start-up environments
