As a Medical Affairs Manager, you will drive medical strategy & provide an expert interface between GSK Medical and the external healthcare community on medical topics. You will also help ensure the safe and effective use of GSK vaccines through appropriate scientific dialogue. This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. In this role you will: Medically lead the strategy for a key vaccine in the adult segment Build peer-to-peer scientific relationships with identified Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations/scientific societies to address their information needs and gain insights that inform GSK medical and research strategies Identify External Experts (EEs) who are professionals, decision makers, and other stakeholders in specific disease areas (e.g. HCPs, Pharmacists, Patient Advocacy Groups) Gather medical voice of customer (mVOC) and HCPs' unmet needs to generate medical insights, informing GSK's development of valuable medicines for patients Implement effective Medical Affairs planning Present scientific data to internal and external customers disease or product, where appropriate Respond to requests for scientific and medical information in a comprehensive, timely and customer focused manner Organise and manage Scientific Advisory Board meetings to ensure knowledge transfer, foster external expert relationships, provide input into clinical development needs, ensure scientific understanding, and build appropriate advocacy Chair, facilitate and present as an internal expert in meetings/seminars Ensure full compliance with governance principles while seeking appropriate business solutions Act as the trainer and medical/scientific expert for GSK sales representatives regarding GSK products and the conditions they treat Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: University degree in medical sciences or related fields Industry experience and/or clinical experience Minimum three years of experience in medical affairs, clinical development, medical research or product management Experience in interpreting and communicating scientific data and statistics Solution oriented approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish & English Drive, ambition, and proactivity Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: MD or PhD Knowledge and experience in vaccinology Ability to train others Why GSK?
