Job Description
The Medical Advisor holds primary responsibility within the country for the development and execution of the Country Medical Affairs Plans (CMAP) in his/her responsible therapeutic areas under the guidance and supervision of Executive Director (ED).
Medical strategy (CMAP) ・Develop and execute assigned TA/Product CMAP in alignment with franchise strategy led by ED under the guidance and supervision of ED・Maintain up-to-date expertise on an ongoing basis through internal and external academic opportunities・Lead CMAP implementation with Medical Science Liaison (MSL) / Scientific Contents (SC) / Medical Information (MI) from scientific and medical perspectives・Continuously provide information/opinions on the planning and implementation of global medical strategy (Global plan)・Overview Field Engagement Plan (prepared based on CMAP) regarding field medical activities, and scientific Insight collection activities by MSLs
Scientific insights ・Strategically/systematically collect scientific insight useful for Global plan/CMAP from clinical and basic research experts, etc・Analyze multifaceted scientific insights, discuss them with Global/ Local team
Scientific exchange / Advisory board meeting / Medical program・Participate in peer-to-peer scientific exchange with scientific leaders (SLs) and other external stakeholders to foster cooperative relationships in research/education to resolve issues・Organize and lead Advisory board meeting and other medical programs to incorporate opinions from clinical and basic science experts opinions into medical strategy・Collaborate with Global/Regional team to conduct global activities (Global/ Regional advisory board, Medical program and etc)
Medical education program・Identify unmet educational medical needs, and develop and execute country medical educational programs in alignment with franchise strategy led by ED
Information & insights of early pipeline products・Collect, analyze, and provide the medical information (e.g. epidemiology, diagnosis, guidelines, standard cares, competitive intelligence, etc) of the early pipeline products to the stakeholders on demand・Provide strategic inputs on the early pipeline products (including potential business development cases) from medical perspectives on demand

職務経験
- 5年以上のヘルスケア分野における臨床・研究経験
- 国内における製薬企業に関連する規制、保険償還制度や臨床研究に関連するガイドライン等についての知識
- 学術論文誌(査読あり)での論文発表経験、あるいは学会発表経験
- 医師として、医療現場での5年以上の臨床経験
