Responsibilities:

Establish and lead KOL relationships to drive the clinical adoption of Binding Site's (part of Thermo Fisher scientific) EXENT products in the Asia/ pacific market.

Contribute to the development of the scientific, publication and health economic strategy.

Gather and analyze (or supervise the analysis of) internally generated (clinical verification and validation studies) and externally generated (collaborative studies) to create abstracts, posters, manuscripts and other scientific communications.

Represent the business at conferences grad rounds and patient symposia.

Proactively stay current with scientific advancements in the field of monoclonal gammopathies and immunological disorders, gather insight and information by reviewing and analyzing Real World Evidence and identify opportunities for research and for new product or claim development.

Lead and coordinate medical research projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project goals and timelines

Efficiently implement research strategies to drive scientific advancements

Work in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality results

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in medical research or MSL role. Preferably with existing knowledge of monoclonal gammopathies/multiple myeloma.Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory guidelinesExceptional communication and presentation skillsPassionate about scientific excellence with a drive for ambitious goalsAdvanced degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
