As a Medical Affairs Senior Analyst, you will engage with healthcare professionals and internal teams to deliver scientifically accurate and clear information aligned with our strategic goals. You will work in close collaboration with the medical strategy manager on the development and execution of scientific communication and medical education strategies, ensuring compliance and maximizing impact and value in the medical area.

About the opportunity: 

Engage with the external scientific and medical community to provide consistent and timely information about Roche’s products, services, and relevant disease areas.

Execute scientific communication strategies that align with the integrated strategic plan.

Drive publication, congress, and medical education strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and affiliate teams.

Support the co-creation and local implementation of communication priorities across therapeutic/disease areas.

Understand and interpret scientific study results.

Ensure scientific communication priorities are accurately conveyed and supported by cross-functional teams.

Supports development and delivery of training programs for internal audiences, ensuring a better understanding of the evidence and solutions offered by the company.

Analyze and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring initiatives are executed continuously and flawlessly.

Qualifications:  

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or other healthcare-related fields.

Previous experience in a pharmaceutical industry, with experience in scientific communications or related roles is desirable.

Prior experience in conducting/reviewing scientific research.

Advanced English proficiency.

Availability to work in a hybrid contract (3x per week in the Office) based in São Paulo.
