Medical Science Liaison in Netherland area (North part)Role OverviewAre you passionate about integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement? Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Promotion:
Promote our outstanding products of high quality and value to hospital and laboratory practitioners, including clinicians, biologists, and all partners' healthcare.
2. Customer Education:
Educate customers about the efficient clinical use of our reagents through meetings and attending conferences. Maintain an expert position while helping to sales development.
3. Sales Partnership:
Work with the sales team to deliver impactful presentations and effective communications.
Collaborate with Account Managers to develop strategic action plans and conduct joint visits to achieve shared goals.
4. Scientific and Medical Monitoring:
Continuously supervise advancements to stay updated on the latest information regarding our products and their biological and clinical effects.
Included, knowledge of diseases, their management, patient care, therapeutic advances, assessment and monitoring methods.
5. Support for Product Managers:
Provide them with the knowledge they need for their practice, based on up-to-date scientific literature.
Crafting, updating, and maintaining promotional and educational tools, including documents and presentations.
6. Scientific Resource:**
Serve as a scientist's resource for interpreting results and implementing new tests in laboratories.
Address clinical aspects in complaint situations or when comparing our tests with competing products.
7. Relationship Management:**
Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, including leaders of hospital-university teams and members of working groups or scientific societies.
Develop clinical studies and strengthen partnerships to support promotion and awareness.
Role ComplexitySupervises the department's important metrics reports on the activities within its scope.Ensures that the ERPs (SAP Concur, salesforce, PowerBI) are used with group's recommendations and that information is passed on accurately.Periodically reports on their programme of activities, the resources deployed and the results acquired, in accordance with the procedures defined by management team.Communicate effectively with team members and customers and to make presentations to management.Receive, process and implement feedback from these partners will be important.Communicate information and data to influence decision-making and drive action to achieve results.Provide strategic recommendations on a project-by-project basis, but will not decide on the implementation of global strategic actions.Freedom to act in order to optimise the performance and organisation of the MSL service.EducationHigh-level scientific degree (Master II, PhD) in biology, biochemistry, immunology, cell biology.Knowledge and ExperienceIn-depth knowledge of the medical biology laboratory and the hospital clinical environment, in both the public and private sectors.Proficiency in public speaking, including presenting and leading meetings.Proficiency in English, native proficiency in Dutch.Ability to develop strategies, make proposals, and find solutions to sophisticated problems.Strong teamwork skills are essential.Proven experience with in vitro diagnostic systems.Comprehensive understanding of IVD analysis.Expertise in the analysis reagents and automated analysis systems offered by the company.Familiarity with sales techniques and processes is helpful.SkillsStrong analytical abilities, with a talent for reporting findings and coordinating activities effectively.Outstanding oral and written communication for both internal and external interactions.Proficiency in handling reports and key performance indicators.Expertise in analyzing sophisticated situations and deriving actionable insights.Ability to address objections and propose solutions.
