Find a full job description here: https://health.mit.edu/jobs Job Requirements REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent; graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant program or has obtained a Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA) and a minimum of two years of experience working in a physician office; a current active BLS certification (with in-person component); excellent critical thinking, communication, interpersonal, diplomacy, organizational, and problem-solving skills; phlebotomy skills; maintain CPR certification and participate in site-based CPR drills; and ability to prioritize tasks in a complex and busy environment and see them through to completion.
