Position Summary:

As a Medical Assistant at MyCare 365, you’ll be a vital part of our care team, working side-by-side with providers and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our ambulatory patients. You’ll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced office setting, supporting clinical workflows and ensuring every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for.

 

What You’ll Do:

Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)Support providers with procedures, exams, and follow-up careAdminister medications and vaccines under provider delegationCoordinate referrals, lab orders, and patient educationMaintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environmentCollaborate across departments to ensure smooth patient flow and continuity of care

What We’re Looking For:

Flexibility in work schedule to cover absences, vacations, and holidaysCompletion of an accredited Medical Assistant programCurrent certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsExperience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting is a plusCommitment to WakeMed’s values of respect, integrity, and excellence
