Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will float between front and back office tasks, including running and ordering prescriptions on behalf of providers, ordering labs for patients, and processing a high volume of prescriptions daily. You will work closely with patients, providers, pharmacies, and laboratories to ensure efficient patient care. This position involves working in a professional medical office setting and requires strong communication skills, especially with the geriatric patient community. You will also assist with telehealth appointments and use the EMR System E Clinical Works.

You will work in a high-volume medical clinic setting that supports 17 doctors and can see over 250 patients per day. The clinic serves a diverse community, including Pediatrics, Urgent Care, Adult Care, and Radiology. The work environment is family-oriented, tight-knit, and welcoming. The office is located within one mile of several great restaurants, such as 85 Degree Bakery, Shabuya, and Stonefire Grill.
