Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is hiring Medical Assistants in North Richland Hills, TX. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration. **Pay:** $21 to $23/hr **Type:** Six-month contract with possibility of an extension **Schedule:** Fulltime - Monday to Friday, 7AM to 6PM Primary Responsibilities: · Assist the physician and/or associate practitioner with procedures and treatments · Escorts patients to exam rooms, interviews patient, measures vital signs (including weight, blood pressure, pulse and temperature) and documents in patient’s chart · Document all patient related communication and interventions in patient’s EMR · Maintain lab specimen logs · Scan all referral letters, x-ray reports, and lab results in patient’s EMR per clinic protocol · Manage, update and maintain medical records Qualifications: · High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent · RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) or CMA (Certified Medical Assistant or willing to obtain within 180 days · Active CPR / BLS certification within 30 days of hire · Immunizations/vaccinations required: MMR, TB Screening, Varicella, Hep B, Flu shot, Tdap, Covid 19 vaccination Why work for Adecco? • Weekly Pay • 401(k) Plan • Skills Training • Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
