No teaching experience is necessary. Lincoln Tech has transitioned Medical Assistants without any teaching background into successful, effective educators. Requirements + 3+ years of experience + Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or CMA (AAMA) preferred + Teaching experience is a plus!
