Medical Asst Cert - General Surgery (FT, Days)
The Medical Assistant will assist with increasing high call volume; check-in / check-out process; collecting copays, co-insurance, past due balances, insurance and eligibility verification, referrals, schedules appointments, assists with workflow inbox, billing, medical records, collections, and missing slips resolution. This position also provides support with patient outreach for upcoming appointments regarding balance due at TOS and delinquent referrals.
