RESPONSIBILITIES: • Reaching out to insurance companies via phone and online to check claims status • Appealing denied claims • Analyzing accounts receivable reports to identify problems on accounts, research accounts/trends, and taking appropriate actions to promote reimbursement. • Researching accounts: request additional information such as referrals, scripts, medical reports, and/or call hospitals. • Participating in meetings, projects, and/or trainings. • Completing other tasks as assigned by management.
