Description + Input client data for record keeping, reporting and billing. + Prepare claims for monthly billing. + Maintain accurate list of current clients and track number and type of services received. + Generate weekly reports for Site Managers (E.g. billing errors, missing servies, status reports) + Check all emails and respond in a timely manner. + Maintain an effective working relationship with contracted partners, including compliance with billing requirements. + Attend staff meetings and other meetings or trainings as required. + Maintain confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism in all aspects of the job. + Perform additional duties as assigned, which support the successful operations of the program.
