Description Seeking a Customer Support focused professional that will be working with billing teams and doing verification work. Candidate will be using Excel heavily and will be processing new information through patient accounts. If any information is missing they will be finding ways to find the missing information. Part of the position will entail reaching out to current patients to gain information needed for their accounts. They will be working with paper reports processing them into the system when updates need to be made.
