Temp-to-Hire position$12.42 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Patient Services Specialist is responsible for supporting our contact center by answering incoming calls.Responsible for scheduling appointments for various medical services.Will be maintaining records, resolving service or clinical issues per department procedures or guidelines.Provide superior customer services to callers with a friendly and companionate tone.Medical Call Center Representative Qualifications:
Must have high school diploma or GED.Must have 1 year of customer service, office, call center experience.Ability to speak effectively in English and Spanish.Strong grammatical and data entry skills.Ability to operate call center applications and equipment.Must have a friendly, positive outgoing personality.Must follow good attendance practices. Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
