We’re looking for a Medical Claims Adjudicator to join our New Business, Underwriting, and Claims team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to provide quality financial and administrative services to a select block of challenging cases.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for data entry of transactions with utmost attention to quality and quantityEnsure completeness of all submitted documents and obtain missing information and invoices from medical providers as necessaryProcess and capture information to system according to established methods and proceduresPerform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errorsRender overtime work on a daily basis during high volume weekQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to applyAt least two (2) years of relevant back-office experienceBasic to intermediate proficiency in Chinese Language is preferred but not requiredAmenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:Experience in medical adjudication, claims processing, data entry, and back-office supportProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Let's make every day better together.
