About the Role

Process authorized claims transactions within the required benchmarks for Hong Kong market based on guidelines set for the issuance of AIA insurance policies.

Job Responsibilities:

Process all Life / Accident and Health (A&H) / Major Claims / Corporate Solutions (CS) / Pre Approval (PA) claims requests received as per stipulated requirements.

Evaluate and capture all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system.

Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.

Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.

Prepares regular reporting to management on metrics relating to business, operations, risk, compliance, workforce, etc. or statutory authorities on regulatory metrics.

Develop procedures for reporting, extract, collate and populate data to reporting template.

Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to rectify data quality.

Job Requirements:

Open to Fresh Graduate, experienced Medical Claims Assessor, experienced candidate from Lab / Nursing.

A recognized tertiary Diploma / Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, and Medical Science, Social Science, Business Management or equivalent qualifications.

Fluent in spoken English & Chinese. Candidate with proficiency to converse in Mandarin / Cantonese would be an added advantage. Passing SPM Chinese subject is a MUST.

Self-motivated and customer orientated.

Time management skills.

Computer literate in Microsoft Office.

Good dedication at work, good demeanor, willing to learn.

Able to adapt desk-bound working environment, working shift including weekend on rotation basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hour (including weekend & public holiday).

The role is required to follow Hong Kong working calendar.
