Analyze provider documentation to assure the appropriate Evaluation & Management levels are assigned using the correct CPT code as applicable Assign and sequence ICD-10-CM/PCS/CPT/HCPCS codes to diagnoses and procedures for documented information Maintains confidentiality of Patient Health Information Observe company policies and procedures at all times

Salary Package

Php 25,000 to P50,000 (depending on years of experience) HMO benefit after 3 months and additional 3 dependents upon regularization
