Proclinical is seeking a Medical Communication Manager to lead and innovate in the field of scientific communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that align with medical and business objectives, enhancing educational content delivery to healthcare professionals, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role emphasizes digital customer engagement and innovative program development within the therapeutic area.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and run medical education and communication programs in collaboration with field and medical advisors.Develop Next Generation Customer Excellence programs focusing on both in-person and digital channels.Implement innovative initiatives to enhance scientific communication and education.Oversee processes supporting educational and scientific initiatives.Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and researchers.Author and manage the development of scientific publications in collaboration with medical advisors.Mentor team members to enhance their skills in scientific communication and project management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment of communication strategies.

Key Skills and Requirements:

PhD alongside a working history in Pharmacy, Medicine, or another relevant field.Proficiency in English, with conversational skills in German or French.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Medical Affairs.Strong understanding of scientific data and its interpretation.Experience managing educational or communication initiatives.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.High adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in digital communication and customer journey creation.Strong organizational skills and strategic alignment capabilities.
