Trong vai trò này, bạn sẽ đóng góp vào việc cải thiện sức khỏe cộng đồng thông qua các cuộc trao đổi khoa học với các chuyên gia y tế (HCPs). Bạn sẽ giúp các chuyên gia y tế đưa ra quyết định thông minh, từ đó mang lại lợi ích cho bệnh nhân, đồng thời thúc đẩy hiệu quả vaccine của GSK trong khu vực được phân công. Trách Nhiệm Chính: 1. Kiến thức khoa học: Xây dựng và cập nhật kiến thức khoa học về các sản phẩm vaccine của GSK và truyền đạt các lợi ích cho các chuyên gia y tế. Hiểu rõ về các sản phẩm của GSK, đặc điểm và lợi ích của chúng, và áp dụng kiến thức này vào các hoạt động giới thiệu sản phẩm. Phát triển hiểu biết sâu sắc về các bệnh lý và hướng dẫn điều trị, sử dụng kiến thức này để xây dựng uy tín với các chuyên gia y tế. 2. Lập kế hoạch hoạt động: Phân tích hiệu quả công việc trong khu vực và xác định các xu hướng, cơ hội để tiếp cận các chuyên gia y tế phù hợp. Phát triển các kế hoạch hành động đa kênh, phù hợp với các mục tiêu ASMART, ưu tiên các chuyên gia y tế cần tiếp cận và điều chỉnh kế hoạch gọi cuộc gọi cho phù hợp. Triển khai các hoạt động, theo dõi hiệu quả thông qua các KPIs và điều chỉnh chiến lược khi cần thiết. 3. Kỹ năng trình bày sản phẩm: Tương tác hiệu quả với các chuyên gia y tế thông qua các phương thức trao đổi trực tiếp và truyền thông đa kênh. Chuẩn bị kỹ lưỡng cho các cuộc họp và kết thúc thảo luận hiệu quả, giải quyết các phản đối và đưa ra các khuyến nghị phù hợp với nhu cầu của chuyên gia y tế. Đánh giá thường xuyên hiệu quả các cuộc gọi và tìm kiếm phản hồi để không ngừng cải thiện. 4. Hợp tác và tuân thủ quy định: Xây dựng mối quan hệ hợp tác trong và ngoài công ty để nâng cao trải nghiệm của các chuyên gia y tế. Đảm bảo tuân thủ các chính sách của GSK, quy định ngành và các mã hành vi trong tất cả các hoạt động. *Li-GSK Why you?
