Copy Approval Leads and acts as LOC medical signatory related to promotional and non-promotional materials requiring copy approval for Taiwan. Ability to checks translation accuracy of materials, medical review and localization. Able to carry out day to day activities effectively without supervision. 2. Scientific & Product Expertise Demonstrate knowledge of concepts of scientific and clinical data in one or more therapeutic areas and related GSK products, including the related clinical studies and their desired positioning in the market for such products. Understands the risk/benefit profiles of GSK products. Understands TA/product strategy for key products in the promo grid. Partner with Content Manager to review global integrated campaigns, identify gaps and coordinate generation of content to address gaps. Understands the populations and endpoints selected and the claims they (are intended to) support. Demonstrate strong understanding of the interpretation of clinical studies’ results. 3. Medical Governance Medical review and approval of LOC materials in accordance with local regulations and industry code. Work with Commercial to ensure that materials used in local markets are in line with GSK requirements and to the required standard. Ensures full compliance with governance principles whilst seeking appropriate business solutions,at LOC level. Support and coordinate with LOC MGL (medical governance lead) for MM monitoring and CAPA tracking. Applies good judgment: seeks solutions that meet business needs whilst remaining compliant with GSK values and principles. 4. Operational Excellence Demonstrates a high level of personal accountability and integrity. Partner with Commercial to apply metrics effectively to ensure delivery and to communicate progress to stakeholders. Able to identify process improvement opportunities to business problems. 5. Effective communication Effective interpersonal relationship with stakeholders. Effective networking and collaboration skills to achieve business results. 6. Business Skills Strong business mindset. Built corporate behavior adding value to the business. 7. People Management Train and coach others on copy approval process for one or more therapeutic areas (to support your business stakeholder counterpart). Qualifications: Required: Medical Doctor or Pharmacist or equivalent life science degree. Bi-lingual:luent in English and Mandarin – Read, speak, write and understand. Understand specific contextunder conversation/presentation. Sound medical knowledge of basic sciences, but also disease areas such as infectious disease, respiratory, vaccine preventable illness, immunology. Strong collaboration and communication skills. • Highly resilient with demonstrated learning agility. Desirable Experience in Medical Affairs and/or GSK Medical Signatory. • At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or at least one year working in COMS. Location Why GSK?
