We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Medical Coordinator to join our dynamic Medical APAC team at Stryker. In this diverse role, you'll provide top-notch support to our leaders and teams, helping us deliver world-class medical solutions across the region.

What you’ll do:Support the Vice President, Medical APAC with diary, travel, and expenses.Coordinate key projects, including trade shows, congresses, and internal events.Manage logistics for Health Care Professional (HCP) activities, contracts, and compliance.Keep our teams connected – from new starter packs to distribution lists and Highspot access.Handle ad hoc admin tasks to keep the team running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:Super organised and detail-oriented.Great at managing multiple projects at once.Confident communicator who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders.Previous experience in admin, events, or team support roles.
