Medical Coordinator

You’ll join a supportive and inclusive environment that values your growth and development. As a Medical Coordinator/ Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients. Your responsibilities include: + Assisting with daily reception tasks + Communicating effectively with team members and patients + Handling phone and mail communication and scheduling appointments + Collecting fees and explaining services and charges + Verifying insurance and setting fees based on a sliding scale Qualifications: + High school diploma or GED + Bilingual in Spanish is a plus + Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is highly desirable Schedule & Locations: + 35-hour work week + Flexible hours: Start between 7:00am-8:00am and end between 5:00pm-8:00pm + Required to work 1-2 late nights per week and 1 Saturday per month if the site is open + 3-5 locations across Suffolk and Nassau County Join our client and be part of a team dedicated to making a positive impact on the community.
