We are looking for a Medical Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who is innovative and agile to join us in our Go-to-Market Europe team, based in Brussels, Belgium or Slough, UK.

 

About the role

Drive the medical strategy execution, enabled by CRM.  Lead the Veeva CRM evolution for Medical Affairs across therapeutic areas and provide future proof training for CRM users.

 

Who you’ll work with

Customer facing and non-customer facing, medical and management teams, at country and regional levels.

 

The Intercontinental region includes the Americas (excluding the US), the Middle East, and Asia Pacific and countries like Japan, China, Turkey, with affiliates and partners across these areas.

 

What you’ll do

Co-creating, building and delivering of the Medical CRM roadmap incl. business requirement ownership.Build and maintain an active medical network incl. management, within your responsible geography (global OUS).Creation and execution of training programmes and materials for cross functional Engagement Plans, Medical Insights and CRM related topics for all medical field users.Effective Medical Science Liaison targeting & segmentation by utilization of Veeva Link & other data sources.Support Medical Omni Channel and “Next Best Action” preparation and implementation.Driving data quality processes to support accurate reporting and analyses.Leading a strong collaboration model with service partners like Insight to Impact , digital technology and external vendors.

 

For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills

Good understanding / experience with Medical Science Liaison (MSL) roles incl. how line management operates.Solid expertise in understanding CRM functions, dependencies, and ability to demonstrate these to others.Strategic thinking: ability to develop and implement CRM strategies while understanding how CRM aligns with broader business goals.Creative mindset: ability to think out of the box in terms of future requirements/innovationsEffective communication capabilities which include ability to challenge and influence.Interest in working with data and analytical capabilities.Ability to design and execute training programs.
