**Job Title: Medical Assembler** **Schedule:** + **Weekend Days** **- Friday- Sunday 6am- 6pm (work 36 hours but get paid for 40 hours)** + **(Monday- Thursday 6am- 4:30pm)** + **(Monday- Thursday 4:30pm- 3am)** **Pay: $18-21** **Job Description** We seek dedicated medical assemblers for day, weekend, and swing shifts to join our team. Our company is a medical device tubing contract manufacturer, catering to numerous clients with diverse requirements. This role involves assembling various types of custom tubing using hand tools and working under microscopes. Employees will also coil and package tubing in a cleanroom environment while wearing a bunny suit to prevent contamination. The position requires both sitting and standing at different workstations throughout the shift. **Responsibilities** + Follow instructions, meet schedules, and prioritize tasks. + Maintain excellent attention to detail and initiative. + Work well within a team to produce high-quality results. + Read and interpret manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, and inspection procedures. + Learn new equipment and processes quickly and demonstrate proficiency. + Document material transfers, completion of manufacturing steps, and verification. + Ensure processes and materials comply with quality system requirements. + Maintain the cleanroom area as per procedures. + Build medical product assemblies with quality, consistency, and speed to meet design specifications and production schedules. + Evaluate personal workspace, equipment, and tooling to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures. + Operate equipment including Split die, Braider, Laminator, Pad Printer, RF Tipper, and Coiler. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand tools such as cutters, tweezers, and razor blades. + Proficiency in working with microscopes. + Familiarity with cleanroom environments. **Work Environment** Our cleanroom environment requires employees to work at their own stations, assembling products by hand and viewing them under microscopes. Employees will wear smocks, hair nets, beard nets (if necessary), gloves, and closed-toed shoes. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
