Our client, a leading player in the medical device industry, is seeking a Medical Device QUA Technician to join their team. As a Medical Device QUA Technician, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Medical Device QUA Technician **Location:** Stafford, CT **Pay Range:** $21/hr on W2 **What's the Job?** + Perform complex tests, experiments, and analyses of materials and product samples to ensure quality products using various testing methodologies and equipment. + Calibrate test equipment and standardize procedures prior to use, while operating experimental, prototype, or production test equipment. + Document test results, maintain records, and prepare summary reports that may be used by other departments. + Complete special requests from engineers, production leads, and/or supervisors as needed. + Knowledge of Titration, laboratory and chemistry practices **What's Needed?** + AS degree with 5 years experience or BS in related field with 2-3 years experience + Experience in quality assurance or laboratory with knowledge of various lab practices including titration + Strong understanding of quality procedures and basic statistics. + Ability to adapt existing testing approaches and recommend changes in procedures. + Proficient in operating various testing equipment and documenting results. + ASQ certification PREFERRED **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. + Gain hands-on experience with advanced testing methodologies. + Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to quality assurance. + Contribute to the development of high-quality medical devices that make a difference. + Professional growth and development opportunities within the organization.
