As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with healthcare professionals primarily in the outpatient setting, promoting product awareness, and driving utilization. Key call points include physicians (Urologists, Urogynecologists, etc.), Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, nurses, and healthcare administrators. Responsibilities + Educate healthcare professionals on clinical benefits, technical features, and patient outcomes associated with the product. + Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory objectives and expand market adoption. + Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring consistent utilization and patient access. + Conduct initial and follow-up sales calls to reinforce product value and encourage repeat use. + Maintain a quarterly and annual business plan to track growth opportunities and sales progress. + Manage field expenses responsibly and submit reports in a timely manner. + Ensure all necessary documentation is submitted for billing and reimbursement support. + Maintain appropriate credentialing and access to assigned accounts. + Adhere to regulatory requirements, including HIPAA compliance. Qualifications Education & Experience: + Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required. + 3-5 years of sales experience in medical device or specialized pharmaceutical sales. + Experience in urology or market development preferred. + Proven ability to drive market adoption for new treatment options. + Valid state driver’s license required. + Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Knowledge & Skills: + Documented history of sales success. + Must reside within the assigned territory. + Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills. + Proficiency with CRM and sales management software. + Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism. + Strong organizational and presentation abilities. + Demonstrated ability to establish new treatment markets and drive sales growth.
