To provide administrative support to the teams by processing and evaluating medical record documentation against insurance guideline requirements needed to set up and maintain client accounts of 180 Medical.
Review received documentation to determine insurance requirements are met.Communicate to applicable team members when documentation does or does not comply with insurance requirementsAttend and participate in necessary training for continued education on documentation requirementsInterpret reference material to make informed decisions regarding documentation requirementsCross flow pertinent information with applicable team members within the OrganizationVerify practitioner credentials and maintain these records within client accountsMaintain client document records within Medtrack, an internal database, to support client services and claim payment processes.Support Team Supervisor on miscellaneous projects
