Job Description
Work term: Permanent, Full-timeLocation: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
As a Medical Editor you’ll work with a team of top performers to help design and deliver digital marketing sites, media, apps, and other projects. Everyone at Klick wears a lot of hats and you’ll be no exception. Your day could include anything from proofreading to attending regulatory reviews and everything in between. You’ll have a lot of support from the best leadership team in Canada and tons of opportunities to learn from the smartest team in digital marketing.

But it’s really worth it. Minimum Qualifications:An advanced degree in a relevant field: PhD, PharmD, or MDExceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to critically evaluate medical and scientific informationAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDesired Qualifications:Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with team members, and engage with diverse stakeholdersExperience in medical editing, preferably within a healthcare advertising agency, medical communications agency, or publishing environmentYou’re not simply talented, but also optimistic, driven, empathetic, trustworthy, and kindWhat You'll Do:Review and edit medical and scientific content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, style, and compliance with regulatory and client guidelinesCollaborate closely with medical writers, designers, and project managers to ensure the accuracy and quality of materials such as promotional content, slide decks, websites, e-learning modules, manuscripts, and other medical communicationsConduct fact-checking and source verification for all medical information presented in client materialsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and guidance on content development, ensuring scientific accuracy while maintaining clear and engaging communicationStay up-to-date with industry guidelines, regulations, and best practices, including FDA, EMA, and Health Canada requirements#LI-LP2 #LI-Hybrid
