Job Description In this role, you will be a partner in delivering effective, innovative, and scalable learning opportunities that will enhance internal and external stakeholder experiences. You will be responsible for the creation and management of event registration webpages, the tactical development of program promotions, and overall attendee management. This includes working with a variety of stakeholders, including agency design partners, field sales representatives, and business leadership. This role reports to the Medical Education Manager. Your responsibilities include collaborating with internal subject matter experts and/or cross-functional teams for content development, creating and managing training and education registration webpages through CVENT, developing and deploying materials promoting educational programs, leveraging agency/design partners as needed, providing a high degree of customer service and responsiveness for internal stakeholders, including the sales team and interested/registered HCPs, contributing to the development and implementation of team templates, learning models, and overall best practices, and supporting stakeholder reviews of educational materials. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree Marketing, Communications, Business administration, Media Studies, Etc.  3+ years marketing communications experience, medical education event management experience, or project management experience  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.  Aptitude for technical / digital platforms Graphic design experience  Experience developing and managing meeting apps  Experience with CVENT, Mentimeter software  Instructional design experience with knowledge of learning principles and methodologies:  Record of building effective learning experiences in the format of simulations, game-based learning, job aids, video, and animation.  Experience designing and developing training content and materials in a variety of modalities including, v/ILT, eLearning, video.  Experience using authoring tools and video editing tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Camtasia, Captivate, and Vyond. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
