In this role, there is the opportunity to –
Utilize the Residency Management system (Med Hub) to manage rotation schedules, PTO, work hours, and trainee documentation. Prepare and maintain accreditation documentation (ACGME, ASHP, CODA, CPME) and specialty board requirements, ensuring timely updates. Coordinate and organize documentation for the UPMC Medical Education Annual Program Oversight Review (APOR) and Site Visit preparations. Monitor and manage trainee, rotation, faculty, and program evaluations, ensuring timely and thorough assessments. Schedule and facilitate Program Evaluation Committee (PEC) and Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting documentation. Develop and maintain recruitment resources, including brochures, websites, and presentations, adapting to virtual formats as needed. Build and maintain relationships with trainees, program directors, and other stakeholders, acting as a liaison between all parties. Manage the planning and execution of program events, such as recruitment, orientation, and celebrations, including material preparation and distribution.
