Key Responsibilities:

Encode patient records, including laboratory result values, prescriptions, and receipts, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the patient database Identify and flag outliers or potential data issues for review Ensure that all documents are encoded accurately, as they play a vital role in informing patient treatment plans and supporting medical professionals Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data management
