The incumbent will work under the Medical Field Supervisor to accomplish the EGHS project field site. S/he will be responsible for qualitative data collection using key informant interview (KII) guideline in the selected surveillance sites in Bangladesh.

ResponsibilitiesMajor Responsibilities:
Travel to field sites to conduct KIIs with preselected surveillance focal personnel.Obtain informed consent, and carry out interviews as per the KII guidelinesTranscribe recorded interviews and fill up KII report as per template Maintain the highest standards for the protection/management of data as per KII guidelinesDaily reporting and communication with the Team Lead – SurveillanceSafeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so. Required Qualifications Previous experience in Public Health or field of Epidemiology / surveillance Must be a MBBS graduateEnrolled or completed MPH will be added advantage Preferred Qualifications Proven understanding and hands-on experience in data collectionKnowledge on surveillance system will be an added advantage.Coordination with stakeholders.
