Medical Front Office Receptionist
Description A Medical Practice in Los Angeles is looking for a Medical Front Office Receptionist who is organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing exceptional patient service. Our healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Front Office Receptionist with at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting to join the team. Responsibilities: + Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. + Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling to ensure optimal patient flow. + Perform insurance verification to confirm coverage and benefits prior to appointments. + Handle patient inquiries and assist with resolving any issues related to appointments or insurance. + Ensure accurate data entry of patient information into the system. + Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support the office's daily operations. Requirements + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare front office role. + Proficiency in patient appointment scheduling and insurance verification processes. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred but not a must. + Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus.
