Description • Accountable for data entry and scanning of medical records information into the system to include indexing by Injured Worker and categorizing by appropriate record types • Entering correspondence and medical bills into the scanning system; • Monitoring the Claims Department assignment group within the EDDG system • Monitoring the Claims Bills email box to print out and distribute incoming documents • Assist with responding to requests from Clinical Operations for copies of bills and explanation of reimbursements • Tracks and reports production, downtime, issues and trends. • May be responsible for special projects Skills Customer service oriented, Clerical, Support, Health care Additional Skills & Qualifications 2 years experience in administrative/office support role 1 year experience in healthcare Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
