You Are:
UST is searching for a Medical Information Specialist who will oversee training reconciliation, training Curriculum and Assignment Management, Ad-hoc reporting needs.
The Opportunity:
· Hybrid-In office/remote
· Training and Compliance Programs and Processes Support
o Support training and compliance programs and process meetings/updates.
o Manage On-Boarding/Off-Boarding of personnel.
o Perform training content reviews, training updates and suggest opportunities for training improvements/content.
· Technology and Capabilities Support for GxP systems
o System Training Administrator
o UAT and Off-Script testing for GxP systems
o Project Coordination and Logistical Support
o Documentation Review (SOPs, Training, etc.)
o Sharing knowledge and guidance regarding training and compliance trends.
o Training Reporting and Analytics to identify coaching and trending opportunities.
· Quality and Compliance Support
o Review all daily compliance reports and follow-up with vendor on needed actions. Reconcile and log daily reports.
o Support SCTDM/NCR investigations and processes.
o Ensure all compliance inquiries are being responded to by vendor.
o Partner with vendor QA team to identify training opportunities and provide clarification on processes.
· Settlements
o Process customer requests for product replacements, credits and refunds, including contacting customers (HealthCare Professionals or Consumers) via multiple channels (Genesys). Documenting in CRM system (i.e. Salesforce.com).
· Reconciliations
o Reconcile CRM interactions with various Omnichannel interactions to ensure no discrepancies.
o Troubleshoot issues as needed.
o Train agents on reconciliations responsibilities as needed.
· Administrative and Financial Support:
o Reconcile Monthly supplier invoices.
o Purchase Order, eMP management, accrual, contract support.
o Process hardcopy mail.
o Administrative duties as needed.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What You Need:
· Pursing minimum education Bachelor of Science, preferably in related field in (engineering, sciences, data analytics, pharmacy, medical or nursing).
· Experience and demonstrate proven technical and computer skills, including standard MS Office Software.
· Previous contact center experience preferred.
· Project Management experience preferred.
· Highly skilled in customer service.
· Must have excellent oral/written communication skills.
· Detail Oriented.
· Ability to understand root cause of issues and effectively resolve customer inquiries which may involve extensive analysis and research.
· Demonstrated analytical, problem-solver with solid organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Capable to make decisions quickly, and strong drive for self and around team performance and metrics.
· Self-starter who is motivated with experience exercising good judgment, and high integrity.
· Ability to work independently.
· Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
· Meet challenging goals and timelines; quickly changes plans when data or actions require it.
· Able to work in a fast-paced structured environment with a team approach.
· Must have reliable transportation to work onsite, business casual attire, professional attitude, and be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications, most importantly Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
· Preferred experience with CRM and Call Routing systems (preferably salesforce.com and Genesys Cloud).
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: New Jersey
Compensation Range: $109,000-$163,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
