We are seeking a full-time (36 hours per week) Medical Lab Technician to work evening shifts. The position involves rotating 12-hour overnight shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. One week, the shifts are Monday to Wednesday, and the next week, they are Wednesday to Friday. Job Summary Performs blood specimen collections via venipuncture and capillary punctures. Performs laboratory analysis in all clinical areas to assist the physician in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient. Provides paternity specimen collections, urine drug screen collections, urine toxicology, and breath-alcohol collections according to DOT guidelines. Performs quality control, equipment maintenance, proficiency testing and other tasks as assigned.
