**Overview** CHI St. Francis Health is a ministry serving the head of the Red River basin located in Breckenridge, Minnesota, founded by the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls in 1899. St. Francis Health is a part of CommonSpirit Health, a national health care ministry. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for pre-analytic, analytic and post analytic collection and processing of samples. + Must be able to properly maintain and operate instrumentation and equipment. + Will perform quality control and interpret results as well as follow up with corrective action when needed. + Will perform patient testing, review results and release results accurately into the Laboratory Information System (LIS). + Will run proficiency testing samples as required by compliance. + Other responsibilities will include answering phone calls and ordering testing in the LIS. **Qualifications** Associates Degree Medical Laboratory Technician Certification recognized by American Society of Clinical Pathologists, American Medical Technologist or American Association of Biolanalysts within 6 months of hire **Preferred** 6-12 months lab experience **Pay Range** $27.77 - $40.27 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
