Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) – Technical Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage medical laboratory operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing medical laboratory operations.Overseeing laboratory testing and quality control.Maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Providing technical support and guidance to junior staff.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) with 5+ years of postgraduate work experience in a high complexity testing clinical laboratory, research laboratory, and/or OCONUS laboratory setting.U.S. CitizenMust pass a NACI background checkMust be eligible to participate in the BPRP and CS-PRP program.Must be able to work in a BSL-3 laboratory.

Salary Range: 

$54,600.00 - $95,600.00
