Medical Laboratory Technician at Everett Medical Center

In conjunction with the medical technologists, performs test analysis on patient specimens including blood, urine, culture samples and other body fluids.  Performs test analysis on quality control samples, proficiency samples and performs equipment maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in related sciences. Or equivalent educ/experience. Associate's degree with ASCP/ASCPi/AMT Certification as a MLT 6months post hire. upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Technician - American Society for Clinical Pathology. Or upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Technician - American Medical Technologists. Or upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology. Or upon hire: National Clinical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology. Or upon hire: National Laboratory Tech - United States Government. All certifications must be maintained throughout duration of employment. Continuing education requirements required to maintain license must be completed.
