Join our team as a Medical Manager and be at the forefront of scientific exchange, collaboration, and co-creation with partners, medical community, authorities, and professional bodies. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of medical strategies and activities for assigned disease areas, contributing valuable clinical insights and scientific data. You will play a key role in the process of evidence generation and support data generation plans. Join us in making a difference in patient outcomes.

The Opportunity 

You drive scientific exchange, collaboration, and co-creation with customers, medical community, authorities and professional bodies.

You lead the development and execution of medical strategies and activities for assigned disease areas.

You contribute to disease area strategy by providing clinical insights and scientific data.

You identify data gaps, evidence generation needs, and research opportunities.

You play a key role in the process of evidence generation and support data generation plans.

You network with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful medical value delivery.

 

Who You Are

You have academic background in any of the following: Medical Doctor, PhD/Master's in Pharmacy/ Biology/ Molecular/Cell Biology. Strong experience in a Medical Affairs role in the pharmaceutical industry is required.

You have a robust understanding of pharmaceutical drug development, medical affairs strategies and tactics including clinical research and main medical compliance processes.

You have a proven track record in a customer-centric role, with the ability to implement ideas.

You are a strong teammate and networker with effective communication skills and a growth mindset.

You are fluent in written and spoken Finnish & English.
