J&J is looking for a Medical Manager based in Istanbul, Turkey! If you are an Medical Doctor or pharmacist with a passion for ensuring best-in-class patient care, then this could be a role for you! As a Medical Manager, you will be responsible for developing and conducting medical activities within scientific premises and providing cross-departmental strategic guidance in line with company strategies and goals. Interacts with a variety of divisional and/or corporate departments such as marketing and sales, legal affairs, regulatory affairs as well as PR. External cooperation with relevant national advisory boards, peer groups, industry associations and healthcare professionals is required. Duties & Responsibilities + Actively develops and refines strategies for the Therapy Area by collecting and consolidating medical data, providing scientific input for value team meetings, and ensuring data remains current and ethically sound. + Organizes compliant medical training events and programs (e.g., congresses, advisory boards), aligning with HCBI and ethical standards while assessing their effectiveness. + Designs and implements training for the field force to ensure they have crucial medical information, following up on results. + Maintains continuous engagement with opinion leaders at scientific events and coordinates medical education initiatives with associations and health authorities. + Provides scientific support for pipeline products, contributes to product launch preparations, enhances physician communication, and collaborates with opinion leaders for effective medical positioning and strategy developments. **Qualifications** Qualification Required: + Hold a university degree in medicine (MD) or pharmacy, with a preference for a speciality in psychiatry, and have at least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience: + Good understanding of the healthcare industry and medical affairs. + Exhibit strong written and spoken English skills, along with a commitment to the highest ethical standards and accountability in actions. + Demonstrate a self-starter attitude with a proactive, business-focused approach and the ability to shape roles effectively. + Possess strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent presentation and teaching skills, and the capability to represent J&J professionally at various events; + must be able to reside in İstanbul. \#JNJPhysicians Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
