Location:600 boulevard de Maisonneuve Ouest, Montréal, Québec H3A 3J2
Status:Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Availability required: Between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (based on operational needs)

Handle doctors' requests Answer patient calls Triage messages for doctors and nurses Schedule follow-up appointments with outpatient medical clinics Follow up on missing results when needed Perform related administrative tasks

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

High school diploma Minimum one year customer service experience Bilingual (spoken and written) Basic MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word) Meticulous with strong attention to detail Medical terminology knowledge (asset) Professional and courteous demeanor Efficient execution and discretion Strong confidentiality awareness Excellent attendance and punctuality Effective stress and priority management Multitasking capabilities Professional presentation Customer service oriented Ability to minimize patient wait times Internal scheduling expertise


Basic knowledge of English is required, because you will, on a regular basis, interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), interact in English
