Medical Office Assistant
Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including checking in and out patients, verifying insurance, rooming patients, scribing, ordering labs, relaying lab results, refilling supplies, conducting flu tests, and manually taking blood pressure. Responsibilities + Check in and check out patients + Verify insurance information + Room patients + Scribe medical information + Order labs + Relay lab results to patients + Refill medical supplies + Conduct flu tests + Manually take blood pressure Qualifications + Front medical office experience + Medical Assisting diploma or certification preferred + High School Diploma Work Environment This position involves working onsite at a clinic from Monday to Friday, 7:50 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional weekend shifts notified at least a week in advance. The role primarily involves working at the front desk. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and six paid holidays. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
