This position oversees Saint Joseph** **Surgical Specialists, Wellness and Weight Management.** + Develops, implements, and evaluates budgets, marketing plans, and operational goals. + Manages hiring, training, performance evaluations, and HR activities for clinical and support staff. + Ensures effective patient care, customer service, and staff development. + Directs scheduling, workflow, and staffing to optimize efficiency and service quality. + Oversees financial processes, including patient registration, billing, collections, and banking transactions. + Participates in organizational committees, workgroups, and training initiatives. + Manages and supervises departmental staff, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience **Licensure:** Current RN Indiana License (RN-IN) if position held by registered nurse. **Experience:** Demonstrated supervisory experience and responsibilities with three to five years of progressive experience in a medical office practice or ambulatory medical service setting required. Acute healthcare management experience of two to three years in a mid to large size healthcare organization will be considered.
