Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) seeks a Float Medical Office Secretary. In this role, the Float Medical Office Secretary will be responsible for various general and specialized clerical tasks in different medical office settings. These tasks include preparing and maintaining medical records, answering phones, scheduling clinic appointments and referrals to the lab, radiology, and other clinics, data entry, and managing patient flow. The ideal candidate for this position is responsible, flexible, adaptable to different paces, and capable of managing multiple provider schedules and appointment locations. The Float Medical Secretary will be responsible for managing their schedule amongst the group of NVRH Medical Practices, which includes Corner Medical, Kingdom Internal Medicine, St. Johnsbury Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Northern Physical Therapy, Four Seasons Orthopaedics, Surgical Associates, Women’s Wellness, Specialty Clinics, North Country Otolaryngology/Speech-Language Pathology, and Palliative Care.

*One year of Medical Secretary Experience is required. Experience with eClincialWorks and Meditech preferred.
